Veterinary Receptionist wanted!

Are you a people (and animal) person with customer service experience and great communication skills? One of our long time receptionists is getting back into Veterinary Nursing with us so we are looking to fill her spot. These are big shoes to fill but if you are enthusiastic we are happy to provide training!

Criteria: 

• Experience in customer service and friendly, professional manner

• Demonstrated excellent time management skills

• Excellent communication skills written and verbal, computer literacy

• Positive outlook and enthusiasm for great patient and client care

The role:

• Greeting clients, booking and processing procedures and consultations, taking payments 

• Answering phones and handling client enquiries 

• Communicating with the vets and vet nurses effectively 

• Maintaining reception area cleanliness and organisation 

• Other duties as required, including assisting with patients and performing some nursing tasks on Saturdays

We can offer:

• 4 weeks annual leave

• 8.30am - 5pm with an hour lunch M-F plus one Saturday morning approximately every 4 weeks

• Very cute animals regularly visiting the workplace
